Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped using the Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post services. With standard shipping, you should receive your delivery within 2-8 working days for metro areas, however, this duration may be extended for remote areas.
Please note these are only estimates – postal delays caused by our delivery partner are outside of our control once items have been dispatched. We will ensure to mediate a speedy compromise if a delay is experienced in dispatch.
If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, drivers may leave the parcel at your front door or in a safe place. If you opted for AusPost they may choose to return it to a local parcel collection facility where you’ll have to collect the parcel.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you will be liable for all additional delivery charges incurred in the return and re-delivery of your order. You must pay these charges to The Coffee Conservatory as invoiced prior to re-delivery and may hold off re-dispatching your order until the payment is received.
How will your package be sent?
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. All products sold on the website are subject to availability and you will be notified if a product you have ordered is unavailable, or your order was unable to be fulfilled for other reasons.
What are our domestic shipping rates?
Domestic shipping rates are in line with parcel weight and location its being sent to. Costs start from $10.99 for small parcels and increase depending on the weight (in kg) and how far it is travelling. For example, parcels being sent from Melbourne to rural Sydney will have a higher shipping cost than parcels sent within the same state.Â
Rural locations are subject to a higher freight fee.
Do you deliver locally?
Local deliveries may be applicable to certain locations around Melbourne, and therefore faster speed of delivery is expected. Any orders fitting this criteria will receive the option to opt in for local delivery via email.
Do you offer pickup options?
Local pickup is available for those who are based in Melbourne around the South-East suburbs. Please select the local pickup option at checkout if available to you and a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a collection time.
Do you deliver internationally?
International deliveries are not available at this point in time.
